generic test case manager

Terms of service

Effective November 4, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Artificial Intelligence Identification, Inc. ("AIID", "we"), a Wyoming corporation, for generic test case manager at testing.company (the "service"). They apply when you choose Agree and continue in the app. If you use the service for an organization, you agree for yourself and confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization; "you" then includes the organization. Read them with our privacy notice.

1. Who can use it

The service is for work use by businesses and other organizations, not for personal, family or household use. You must be at least 18. We currently offer it only to organizations in the United States, and not to organizations in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

2. Accounts and organizations

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox secure. An organization's admins decide who belongs to it and what they can do, and can export or delete its data. Treat API keys like passwords. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your organization's keys. Tell us promptly at support@testing.company if you think one has been misused.

3. Your data

Your organization owns what it puts in the service: test cases, cycles, results, imported files and anything reported from CI ("your data"). We claim no ownership of it. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you, including through the providers listed in the privacy notice. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models. You confirm that you have the right to put your data in the service. Please don't store payment card numbers, government IDs, health information or production secrets in it; the service isn't built for them.

4. AI features and connected apps

The import assistant sends the files you choose to an AI model to work out how to read them. Its results can be wrong, so check the preview before you import. If you connect Claude or another app, or give an app an API key, that app can act with the access you gave it, and its own terms apply to what it does with your data. You can disconnect it at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Fees

The service is free of charge today. If we introduce fees, we will tell admins at least 30 days ahead, and you won't be charged unless your organization chooses a paid plan. Paid plans may come with additional terms that we will show you first.

7. Availability and your copies

We work to keep the service available and your data intact, but we don't promise uninterrupted service, and there is no service level agreement. Database recovery is limited to a short window. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose: an admin can export all of an organization's data at any time. We may change the service, and will give at least 30 days' notice before removing a major feature.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. If we learn of unauthorized access to your data, we will tell your organization's admins without unreasonable delay.

9. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only for the purposes of these terms, and protect it with reasonable care. This doesn't cover information that is public through no fault of the recipient, that the recipient already had or developed independently, or that the law requires it to disclose (with notice to the other side where the law allows).

10. Ideas you send us

If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. We own the service and its software; these terms give you the right to use the service, nothing more.

11. Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time: an admin can delete the organization, and you can delete your account, under Account and People & keys in the app. Deleting is permanent. We may end your use of the service for any reason with 30 days' notice, during which you can export your data. We may suspend or end it sooner if you seriously breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other customers at risk, or if the law requires it, and we will tell you where we reasonably can. If we close an organization, we delete its data within 30 days. Sections 3 (ownership), 9, 12, 13, 14 and 15 continue after this agreement ends.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service is error-free or that your software is correct because it passes the tests you record here.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, including for fraud.

14. Claims about your data or use

You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your data or from your use of the service in breach of section 5, as long as we tell you promptly about the claim and let you control its defense.

15. Disputes

If we have a dispute, write to us first, and we will both try for 30 days to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit goes to the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and each of us consents to their jurisdiction. Either of us may ask any court for urgent relief to protect confidential information or intellectual property.

16. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will tell account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law or a security problem requires it sooner, and ask you to agree to it in the app. If you don't agree, stop using the service and export your data before then. Other changes, such as fixing a typo, take effect when we publish them.

17. General

These terms and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between us about the service. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You may transfer this agreement only with our written consent, except to a successor to your business; we may transfer it to a successor to ours. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, other than a duty to pay. You must comply with US export and sanctions laws when using the service.
