generic test case manager

Privacy notice

Effective November 4, 2026.

Who we are

generic test case manager (testing.company) is run by Artificial Intelligence Identification, Inc. ("AIID", "we"), 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 245 #3351, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA. Questions about this notice or your data go to support@testing.company. Our terms of service cover the use of the service.

What we collect, and why

When you ask to join the beta

The form on testing.company asks for your work email, and optionally your name, your company and what you test. We store it to reply to you about the beta and to decide who to invite. If you send the form again with the same email, we keep only the latest version. We delete a beta request 12 months after you last sent it, or sooner if you ask.

When you have an account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email you; there is no password. We keep your email address, the name you give, the organizations you belong to, your role in each, and which version of the terms of service you agreed to and when. Results you record are labelled with your name so your team can see who ran them. Sign-in is provided by Supabase, which also keeps a log of sign-in events, including the IP address and browser used. When an admin invites you, we store your email address with the invitation and send you one email about it.

When you send feedback

If you use Send feedback in the app, we store your message with your name, email address, the organization and page you sent it from and your browser version, and email it to our team so we can reply. Deleting your account deletes the copy in our database. The email stays in our team's mailbox until we delete it, which we will do if you ask.

When you connect Claude

If you connect Claude (or another app) to your account, we keep a record of the connection: which app, your account, the organization you chose and when it was last used. When you use it, what you ask for is sent to that app under its own terms, not ours. You can disconnect it under Account in the app.

What your organization puts in the product

Test cases, cycles, results, imported files and results reported from CI (which can include branch names, commit IDs and links to CI runs) belong to the organization that adds them. We store and process them only to provide the service to that organization. If you use the import assistant, the contents of the file you upload are sent to an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, through Vercel AI Gateway) to work out how to read it; the import page says so before you upload. We request zero data retention on every call, so under Vercel's agreements with its model providers the file isn't kept after the response and isn't used to train models. Records of each import are deleted after 90 days.

Technical data

Our API logs the method, path, result and duration of each request, not who made it or from where. Our hosting providers keep their own request logs, which include IP addresses. To limit abuse, the API counts requests per caller in Upstash Redis. A caller is a hash of the API key or sign-in token, or the IP address for requests without one. Each count is deleted automatically after about two minutes.

Cookies and browser storage

When you sign in, we set a cookie on testing.company that keeps you signed in across your organization's pages. The app also keeps a few settings, such as the project you last opened, in your browser's local storage. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't track you across other sites, so we don't respond to browser "do not track" signals. The website and app load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Who processes it for us

These providers run parts of the service:

The service and these providers are in the United States.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising, and we don't use your organization's test data to train AI models.

How long we keep it

Account details, while your account exists. Your organization's data, until the organization deletes it or asks us to, or within 30 days after we close the organization. Beta requests, 12 months. Stored feedback, until you delete your account or ask us to. Records of connected apps, until you disconnect them or delete your account. Import records, 90 days. The database's recovery history expires on its own within a day.

Your choices and rights

You can delete your account yourself under Account in the app, and an organization's admins can export all of the organization's data or delete it. You can also ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@testing.company. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's law. We currently offer the service only in the United States. If you're a member of someone else's organization, requests about that organization's data may need to go through its admins.

Children

The service is for work use and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
